For your role

High-speed doors for installers and dealers

As a high-speed door supplier for the trade, we deliver made-to-measure doors direct from the factory to the site or to your customer. Installation, commissioning and service stay with you – with no stockholding and no pre-financed inventory.

Trade supply by drop shipping: the made-to-measure door delivered to site

With drop shipping, you order the high-speed door for your customer and it is delivered direct from the factory by freight forwarder to the address you specify – the construction site, your customer's premises or your own depot. You do not buy stock, you do not pre-finance goods and you do not handle the door through your own yard.

The model suits high-speed doors particularly well, because every door is built for a specific opening anyway: width, height, curtain, drive and safety equipment are project-specific. Anyone looking for high-speed doors as trade stock soon reaches the limits with non-standard sizes; a door built for the order fits without compromise. This makes us a high-speed door supplier for installers, door companies, steel fabricators, dealers and distributors who want to keep the project and the customer relationship in their own hands.

  • No stockholding and no capital tied up in door inventory
  • Free choice of delivery address: site, customer or your own depot
  • All types of high-speed door from one source, configured for the specific project
  • The installation, commissioning and service business stays with you

All door types via the configurator

In the configurator you put together the right door for each project: location, clear opening, curtain, frame, drive and accessories such as light curtain, radar, traffic lights or induction loop. Your configuration is also your enquiry. An overview of all types is on the page high-speed doors.

Technical clarification before you order

Before every order, we clarify the specification with you so that the door suits the opening and the application. Typical points are headroom and side room, mounting within or in front of the reveal, the wind resistance class to EN 12424 for external doors, the number of cycles, the floor conditions and the connection to existing controls or conveyor systems.

As the installer, you take the measurements on site: clear width, clear height, headroom up to the lowest obstruction and side room on the left and right. Production starts only after you have approved the dimensions. Typical sizes and the space required are summarised on the page high-speed door sizes.

The process in six steps

The process is designed for the project business of installers and dealers: you manage the project with your customer, we supply the made-to-measure door.

  • 1. Capture the project: survey the opening and clarify location, traffic and number of cycles with your customer.
  • 2. Configure and enquire: put the door together in the configurator and add the delivery address and project details to your message.
  • 3. Clarification and quotation: resolve open technical points and receive a quotation with specification and delivery terms.
  • 4. Dimension approval and order: confirm the exact dimensions and place the order.
  • 5. Production and delivery: made-to-measure production, delivery from the factory by freight forwarder; delivery date and unloading are agreed in advance.
  • 6. Installation and handover: you install and commission the door, have it inspected before first use and hand over the door and documents to the operator.

Documents for installation, operation and CE marking

Every door comes with installation and operating instructions and the declaration of performance with CE marking to the product standard EN 13241. These documents are the basis for your installation and for the handover to the operator, who needs them for the risk assessment and for periodic inspections.

Install the door according to the installation instructions and without structural modifications so that its declared characteristics are maintained. Agree any deviations – different fixings, additional components or changes to the control system – with us in advance. EN 12635 sets out the requirements for installation and use, and EN 12453 covers the safety devices of power-operated doors.

The installation and service business stays with you

We supply the door only; you provide all services on site: installation, electrical connection, commissioning, inspection, operator training and, later, maintenance and repair. The value added at the customer stays in your business – and every door you install brings you a customer for the periodic inspections required by the manufacturer's instructions and the national workplace regulations in the country of installation.

Spare parts for delivered doors are available on request; quote the order details, dimensions and the component concerned, ideally with a photo. Terms for repeat orders and for projects with several doors are also available on request.

  • One supplier for all types of high-speed door

Delivery across Europe, answers in your language

Doors are delivered direct from the factory to sites across Europe. This means you can also supply customers in other countries; installation is carried out by you or by a local installer in accordance with the regulations of the country concerned. We do not provide installation, maintenance or repair services ourselves.

We answer your enquiries in English, and also in French or Spanish. What is delivered, how the delivery is organised and what the installer should prepare is described on the page delivery and installation.

Frequently asked questions

Can installers buy a high-speed door for installation at their customer's site?

Yes. Door installers, steel fabricators, industrial door companies and facility service providers order the made-to-measure door for delivery only and install it at their customer's premises themselves. Configuration and enquiry run through the configurator.

How does drop shipping work for high-speed doors?

You order the door for your project, and it is delivered direct from the factory by freight forwarder to the site or to your customer. Stockholding, handling and pre-financed inventory are no longer needed; you take care of installation, commissioning and service.

Can the door be delivered directly to my customer's site?

Yes, you choose the delivery address – site, customer premises or your own depot. Delivery date and unloading are agreed in advance; access and suitable unloading equipment should be available on site.

Which documents do I receive for installation and CE marking?

Every door comes with installation and operating instructions plus the declaration of performance and CE marking to EN 13241. Hand the documents over to the operator after commissioning; they are needed for the risk assessment and for inspections.

Are there trade terms for repeat orders?

Terms for repeat orders and for projects with several doors are available on request. Briefly describe your field of activity and the volume you expect.

Can I get spare parts for delivered high-speed doors?

Spare parts are available on request. Quote the order details, dimensions and the component concerned, ideally with a photo, so that the part can be identified reliably.

Who is responsible for commissioning and inspection?

As the installer, you commission the door and have it inspected by a competent person before first use, according to the manufacturer's instructions and the national workplace regulations in the country of installation. A qualified electrician makes the electrical connection. The operator is responsible for the periodic inspections.

What is the difference between a high-speed door distributor for installers and a full-service door company?

A supplier for the trade delivers the made-to-measure door with documents and technical clarification; installation, inspection and service stay with the installer. A full-service company carries out this work itself. We work purely as a supplier and do not install, so the business on site stays with you.
