2. Processing of configurator enquiries

When you send an enquiry via our configurator, we process the data you have entered in order to handle your enquiry and send you a quotation. This includes the door configuration you have selected (location, dimensions, curtain, colours, drive, accessories) as well as your contact details (name, company, email address, phone number, postcode, country) and an optional message.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (implementation of pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling enquiries). The data is transmitted to us by email; it is stored only to the extent necessary to handle your enquiry.

3. Storage period

We store your data for as long as is necessary to handle your enquiry and delete it afterwards, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.

4. Hosting and server log files

This website is operated by an external hosting service provider with servers located in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the provider. When the website is accessed, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed, amount of data transferred, browser type) is processed in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website).
